Precision starts here. We use Laser Cutting Machines for error-free metal preparation. Our fleet of Kawasaki Welding Robots ensures 100% consistent, smooth, and unbreakable weld joints (“fish-scale” Schweißen), far superior to manual labor.
Automated Coating Workshop
Durability is our promise. Our Fully Automated Spraying Line features a rigorous pre-treatment process: Shot Blasting followed by Multi-Stage Degreasing (Spray + Immersion). This ensures superior powder coating adhesion, effectively resisting rust and corrosion for years.
Heat Sealing Workshop
For our anti-bedsore mattresses, we use self-developed Automatic High-Frequency Machines. Unlike traditional sewing, this technology creates an integral, airtight seal that eliminates leakage risks and extends product life.
Assembly & Smart Warehousing
Our Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse is the largest in the region (11,000+ sqm footprint). Combined with our standardized assembly lines, we can manage massive inventory levels to guarantee our 7-10 day rapid delivery promise.
