The BC100B is engineered with a focus on humanized design and clinical practicality. Operating entirely without electricity, it utilizes a highly reliable pneumatic (gas spring) control system. Medical staff or patients can use the manual release handle to smoothly adjust the backrest and lower the leg board independently. Combined with a fixed 10-degree backward seat tilt, this 3-section design allows the patient to quickly transition into a relaxing, semi-reclined posture, reducing anxiety and physical fatigue during procedures.
Built to withstand high-frequency daily use in busy medical facilities, the core structure is molded from premium 38mm stainless steel. The supporting frames undergo a specialized 250-degree high-temperature electrostatic powder coating process, finished with a bright polyurethane layer for maximum rust and corrosion resistance.
