The bed frame is constructed from high-quality 40 * 80 * 1.0mm carbon steel pipes, paired with a robust 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee exceptional durability in demanding medical environments, the entire steel structure undergoes a rigorous pickling and phosphating (Säurewäsche) Vorbehandlung. This is followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, ensuring the finish is highly resistant to peeling, corrosion, and daily wear.
Patient security is prioritized with one-piece molded PP head and footboards (featuring a secure locking mechanism and patient card slot) and an 1170mm-long folding aluminum alloy guardrail system with 5 stainless steel pillars per side.
